PORTABLE POWER TOOL FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY–
Every MILWAUKEE (including cordless product tool, baery pack(s) & baery charger and Work Light power tool – –
cordless ashlight) is warranted to the to be free from defects in material and workmanship. original purchaser only
Subject to certain excepons, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on an electric power tool which, aer
examinaon, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defecve in material or workmanship for a period of ve (5) years* aer
the date of purchase. Return of the power tool to a MILWAUKEE Service Center locaon or MILWAUKEE factory
Authorized Service Staon, freight prepaid and insured is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included
with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made
or aempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alteraons, abuse, normal wear and tear,
lack of maintenance, or accidents.
*Every MILWAUKEE andV™- -ION Baery Pack,technology (V18™ & V28™) LITHIUM M28™ LITHIUM-ION Baery Pack
M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Baery Pack ve (5) years / 2000 charges is warranted for from the date of purchase, whichever
rst occurs. The rst 1000 charges or 2 years of the warranty, whichever rst occurs, are covered through free
replacement of the defecve baery. This means that for the earlier of the first 1000 charges or two (2) years from the
date of purchase/rst charge, a replacement baery will be provided to the customer for any defecve baery free of
charge. Thereaer, the remaining charges up to a total of 2000 or the remainder of the ve (5) year period from the date
of purchase, whichever rst occurs, will be covered on a pro rata basis. This means that every customer gets an addional
1000 charges or three (3) years of pro rata warranty on the V -technology Baery Pack, ™LITHIUM-ION
M28™ M18™ LITHIUM-ION Baery Pack and Baery Pack depending upon the amount of use. XC LITHIUM-ION
*The warranty period for from the date of purchase. ALL other LITHIUM-ION Baery Packs is two (2) years
*The warranty period for and Ni-CD Baery Packs, Job Site Radios, M12™ Power Port Trade Titan™ Industrial Work Carts
is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
*This does not cover Air Nailers & Stapler, Airless Paint Sprayer, Gasoline Driven Portable Power Generators, warranty
Hand Tools, Hoist Electric, Lever & Hand Chain, Recondioned product and Test & Measurement products. –There are

Warranty Registraon is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a MILWAUKEE power tool product. The
manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the
me warranty service is requested.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT
IN ANY PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LAW, MILWAUKEE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW,
